A carbon footprint can be defined as the total sets of greenhouse gas emissions caused by an organization, event, product or person. It is the amount of carbon we emit individually in any one-year period. Many businesses are taking the lead through environmental policies and actions. The heavy mineral mining industry probably responsible for a lot of Carbon emissions, as it involves processes where a lot of machines are used to process the sand, then separate it, and then to grade it according to their sizes and densities.
